Jammu, Jan 08: The Chief Minister on Tuesday interacted with the victorious Jammu and Kashmir Under-16 cricket team after they clinched the Vijay Merchant Trophy (Plate Group) title. Congratulating the players on their historic achievement, the Chief Minister praised their outstanding individual and team performances.

Addressing the young cricketers, the Chief Minister said that their triumph was a result of hard work, discipline, and strong teamwork. “Your victory reflects not just talent, but teamwork, discipline and dedication. You have made the entire Jammu and Kashmir proud,” he remarked.

The Chief Minister also encouraged the players to continue striving for excellence and assured them of full support from the government for the promotion and development of sports in the Union Territory.
