Demands adequate supply to public.

Anantnag, Dec 22: Urging the Government to redress long pending public demand of Anchidoora-Anzullah road to mitigate public suffering and pave way for appropriate connectivity and ease in routine traffic mess, Senior NC leader Imran Amin Shah has said that NC is committed for public welfare and people of JK has reposed faith on its record performance in governance under its visionary leadership of Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah saheb.

Shah was addressing a workers meeting at Dawood Check Anchidora Anantnag, attended by large no of party workers and supporters.

Shah also expressed anguish over the frequent power curtailments and said that it is totall insentiveness of the PDD to charge absorbent tariff bills on consumers without providing adequate and regular power supply.

While demanding amnesty on power bills he said that the area is based on mostly labour class and such huge tariff charge need to be minimized keeping the financial conditions of the locality into consideration.
He also urged PHE department to ensure proper supply in present intense cold situation so that people may not suffer more.
