Jammu, Sep 22: Accusing the National Conference (NC), Congress, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), BJP National President J P Nadda on Sunday said that three families have ruined Jammu and Kashmir.

“The three, Abdullahs, Muftis, and Nehru-Gandhi families have damaged Jammu and Kashmir with rampant corruption,” said Nadda addressing a public rally here at Barnai in support of party candidate and former Minister Sham Lal Sharma, contesting from the Jammu North constituency.

He alleged that these parties (NC-PDP-Cong) want to bring back the condition prevalent in the 1990s, adding, “They are backing opening of across LoC trade but it is well known that these routes were facilitating terrorism under the guise of trade.”

Terror incidents have come down in Jammu and Kashmir under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said Nadda further adding that Jammu and Kashmir are witnessing a ‘wave of change’ in the form of peace, progress, and development.

Nadda however, also said that National Conference and Congress are not national forces and it has been openly certified by the Pakistan Defence Minister with his statement that both these parties are carrying out their agenda by promising restoration of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir.

“Jammu and Kashmir is marching towards a new era and rapidly progressing after the abrogation of Article 370,” he said and urged people to make the BJP victorious in Jammu and Kashmir.
