US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, reaffirming the US’s commitment to cooperate with India against terrorism and urging Pakistan’s cooperation in investigating the “unconscionable” attack in Kashmir.
