Srinagar, Nov 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday chaired a high-level security review meeting at Raj Bhawan Srinagar, directing officers to maintain heightened vigil and ensure seamless coordination between J&K Police, intelligence units and security agencies to strengthen the overall security grid.
As per news agency JKNS, Sinha chaired a high-level review meeting on security scenario in Jammu Kashmir in Raj Bhawan, Srinagar.
He has directed all concerned officials to maintain constant vigil and security and emphasised on seamless coordination amongst the J&K Police, Intelligence and security agencies.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary, Home Department, Chandrakar Bharti, Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat, Special DGP S J M Gillani, ADGP CID NItish Kumar and IGP Kashmir Zone V K Birdi. (JKNS)
