New Delhi, January 15 (MNN):Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today extended his greetings to the brave soldiers of the Indian Army and their families on the proud occasion of Indian Army Day.

In a post on social media platform X, the Defence Minister said that the nation salutes the Indian Army’s indomitable courage, supreme sacrifices, and its unwavering commitment to safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Rajnath Singh emphasized that the Indian Army, which remains ever vigilant along the borders and steadfast during times of crisis, has earned global respect through its professional excellence, discipline, and spirit of humanitarian service.

He reiterated the Central Government’s resolve to build a modern, self-reliant, and future-ready Army. The Defence Minister further said that a grateful nation stands united with pride and respect for its soldiers.
