Srinagar, Feb 11 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Wednesday ruled out any plan to provide five marlas of land to residents living in border areas.

The clarification came in response to a query by MLA Dr Rajeev Kumar Bhagat, who asked whether the government intended to allot land at safer locations for border residents.
